Ordering Official Transcripts
How to Order Your OFFICIAL Transcript and/or Verification of 招收ment
Your official transcript will contain all credit and noncredit courses you have completed at LAVC, L.A. 东洛杉矶城市学院.A. 大学时,我.A. 海港学院，L.A. L . Mission College.A. 皮尔斯学院.A. 西南学院.A. Trade Tech College, or West LA College.
You may order official transcripts and/or verifications of enrollment one of the following ways:
- 在线: Transcripts may be ordered online via 羊皮纸.
- 现场: You may order your official transcripts and/or verification of enrollment in person at the 招生 and 记录 Office. Payment is accepted in cash, money order, or credit/debit card.
Requesting Transcripts for a student other than yourself
When requesting transcripts for another student, you must have all of the following:
- Written permission from the student
- 的 Transcript Request Form or Verification Request Form filled out and signed by the student
- A copy of the student’s ID (i.e. driver’s license, state ID, or LAVC 学生证)

Official Transcript/Verifications of 招收ment Processing Periods
的 processing periods for official transcripts and/or verification of enrollment are as follows:
- Regular Processing: Up to ten (10) working days
- Rush Processing: Same Day. A one (1) working-day processing time is required if transcript request is ordered for rush processing.
- Exception: Students who completed coursework prior to the Spring 1974 semester are not available for same day pickup.
Official Transcript/Verification 处理费用
的 fees for official transcripts and/or verification of enrollment are as follows:

You are entitled to two (2) free regularly processed transcripts or verifications in your lifetime. No exceptions or substitutions.
